Before that,, he was involved in the M&A advisory business at the Corporate Finance Department of KPMG FAS, where he also participated PE fund acquisition deals.
While there, he was seconded to KPMG India, where he served as a financial advisor in investment/sale deals for Japanese companies in Delhi. In addition, he engaged in management consulting services (such as PMI support) after the establishment of joint ventures between Japanese and Indian companies.
Before that, he worked on financial statement audits, internal control audits, IPO support, and general accounting advisory services (due diligence, fraud investigations, support for fast closing of accounts, etc.) at KPMG AZSA LLC.
